On 07-18-17 at 2:15 am, Officers observed a suspicious vehicle exit a complex where a reported burglary had just occurred at Flame Broiler (Window Smash). A high risk traffic stop was conducted and the above male adult suspects were arrested after broken glass was found on their shoes and burglary tools were found in their vehicle.
